One person makes Eggling, so you're writing to me directly — not a queue.

Say what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything. I reply within a couple of days.

It died. Can I get it back?: No — a pet left alone too often doesn't survive, and that is the game. On the grave, press B (NEW EGG) to start again. What you've bought and your language stay.
How do I start again without waiting?: Tap the palette on the device, then Start again at the bottom.
Notifications aren't arriving.: iOS only asks once. If you said no, turn them on in Settings → Notifications → Eggling.
Why did it call me in the night?: The light was left on. It reminds you at 21:00 and again at 23:00, and if the light is still on it can't sleep and starts calling. Select LIGHT and press B, and it goes to sleep.
How do I play the game?: Select PLAY and press B. You see a number and a question mark; guess whether the hidden number is higher (A) or lower (C). Five rounds, three right to win. Each game takes a gram off.
I reinstalled, or I'm on a new device.: Tap the palette, then Restore purchases, and what you bought comes back. The pet itself lives on the device, so reinstalling starts a new egg; it comes back only if you restore the whole device from a backup.
What does Everything include?: Every shell and every creature, including ones added in later updates — they unlock by themselves when they arrive. Seasonal themes are sold separately.
A purchase says it's waiting for approval.: That's Ask to Buy. It unlocks as soon as it's approved, even if the app is closed at the time.
