Effective 14 September 2026
Eggling privacy
Eggling collects nothing about you. There is nothing to sign up for, and nothing leaves your device.
Who is responsible
Eggling is made by Tiago Morais, an independent developer based in Spain. Contact: info@nexthq.app.
What the app keeps, and where
Your pet, what you have bought and the language you chose are kept on your iPhone or iPad, in storage shared only between the app and its own widget. None of it is sent to me or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the app contains no third-party code that reports anything.
Notifications
When your pet is going to need you, the app schedules the notification on your device in advance. There is no server sending them. Turning them off in Settings changes nothing else about the app.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. I never see your name, email address, Apple Account or payment details. The app asks Apple, on your device, which items you own, and unlocks those. Apple's privacy policy covers the purchase itself.
Children
Eggling collects nothing from anyone, so it collects nothing from children. Purchases go through Apple, including Ask to Buy for Family Sharing, where a parent approves each one before it happens.
Your rights
You have the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Nothing about you is held to exercise them against, but if you have a question, write to info@nexthq.app. You may also complain to the AEPD (www.aepd.es) or to the authority where you live.
If this changes
If Eggling ever begins to send anything anywhere, this page will say so before that version is released, with a new date at the top.
