Support
One person builds and runs all of these, so you're writing to me directly — not a queue.

Tell me which app, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything. I reply within a couple of days.
Things people ask
- I've forgotten my password.
- Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen. The reset link arrives by email and is good for one use. If it doesn't turn up, check spam before writing to me — it usually got filtered.
- How do I delete my account and everything in it?
- In the app: You → Delete my account. It asks for your password, and then everything goes immediately and permanently. Nothing is kept, and there's no way to undo it. You don't need to ask me.
- My alerts aren't arriving.
- Check the switch under You → Preferences → Notifications first. On iPhone, if you refused the permission the first time, iOS never asks again — you have to turn it on in Settings → Next HQ. On Android there's a second permission called "Alarms & reminders"; without it the phone can deliver alerts late. The app offers to open that page for you.
- Something I follow has the wrong date, or is missing.
- Dates come from public sources — TVmaze, TMDB, MusicBrainz, IGDB, ESPN, TheSportsDB, Ticketmaster — and the app shows what they publish. If one of them is wrong or hasn't announced yet, the app can't know better. Tell me which title and I'll look.
- What happens to the photos I take in Meal and Drink?
- They're sent to be read, an answer comes back, and they're not stored. Nothing is written down except a record that a request happened. The privacy notice for each app spells it out.
- The calendar subscription stopped updating.
- Calendar apps refresh subscribed feeds on their own schedule — sometimes only once a day. If it's stale, remove and re-add the subscription. The link never changes.
